Civil Rights Extensions

All humans should have civil rights, all gorillas, chimpanzees, orangutans & bonobos should have civil rights, all elephants should have civil rights, all dolphins & orcas & whales should have civil rights, all crows should have civil rights, etc. WHY can't humans yet grasp this?
