In the year of Luigi – “Deny, Defend, Depose” exposed – footing the bill, prison sentences for those responsible, folding companies, etc. were never options, yet. . . waivers, bankruptcy structures, spin-off of assets, scapegoats, settlements. stalling. . . just a small sampling of the usual exit strategies our corporate overlords can choose in our oligarchic society that were all still available, and executed to their full use value.
